Qualifications

* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – if you do not hold this qualification, we will support you to study and pay the course.
Responsibilities
As a Residential Support Worker you will provide daily care and support to young people in our residential homes. Your key duties include preparing and assisting with meals, ensuring punctuality for school and activities, supporting homework, completing paperwork and planning engaging activities. In the evenings and weekends you will organise recreational activities such as games, sports or outings. Your goal is to help our residents achieve the best possible outcomes, celebrate their achievements and create lasting, positive memories.

* Salary: £36,274 – £42,640 (based on good attendance and up to 4 sleep‑ins per month)
