Job Description

The Mission Take your advanced clinical expertise beyond the traditional acute care setting and into a world of unmatched exclusivity. We are actively retaining a distinguished nursing professional to deliver immaculate, 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP aboard a magnificent private superyacht. This role flawlessly harmonizes high-stakes medical vigilance with the zenith of global travel. You will safeguard our principal’s absolute health and longevity as the vessel traces a bespoke Mediterranean itinerary—dropping anchor in the vibrant cultural hub of Málaga, beneath the dramatic, sun-drenched cliffs of Polignano a Mare, and beside the stunning, volcanic coastline of Milos.

The Team At the highest echelon of private ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) healthcare, you operate alongside absolute clinical excellence. You will become a core pillar of a seamlessly integrated, bespoke medical entourage. Your daily clinical framework is led by a resident Lead British Doctor, working in continuous, synchronous collaboration with onboard Physiotherapists and a strictly vetted, Western-trained nursing team.

The Safety Gold-standard care is impossible without a fully optimized and rested medical team. To ensure our VIP’s continuous safety and entirely eliminate practitioner fatigue, we mandate an uncompromising double-nurse shift system. This vital structure guarantees you remain clinically sharp, highly energized, and fully capable of executing flawless care at a moment's notice.

Clinical & Professional Requirements

This highly exclusive maritime rotation is strictly reserved for acute care specialists who meet our exacting criteria:

* Education: A Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is completely mandatory.

* Experience: 4+ years of recent, high-intensity clinical practice strictly within ICU, ER, or A&E environments.

* Communication: Native or C1 equivalent English fluency, coupled with the unparalleled discretion, deep emotional intelligence, and poised diplomacy required in the elite private sector.

Benefits

The Compensation & Lifestyle Package

We provide a bespoke remuneration structure tailored to reward and retain top-tier clinical talent:

* Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free).

* Living Arrangements: Premium en-suite quarters aboard the yacht, offering a beautifully appointed and tranquil sanctuary during your off-shift hours.

* Leave: 30 days of generous annual leave to completely disconnect, explore, and recharge.

* Expenses: 100% of your day-to-day living, fine culinary, and global travel expenses are fully assumed by the estate.
