Package Description Casual hours - Starting 20th January 2026 12.60 per hour Main Responsibilities To ensure that the Company's and statutory regulations regarding hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are complied with and all tasks undertaken according to Safeguard regulations. To clean allocated pieces of heavy catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials including air filter and extraction systems. Empty bins and ensure waste is separated as per the regulations To dispose of waste materials from catering areas to designated compactors To operate industrial dishwashers and glasswashers in all catering areas. To transport provisions, equipment and other catering related items as required. To maintain clean working environment at all times, with special regard to hygiene General Kitchen cleanliness, including deep cleans Ideal Candidate Essential Previous experience working in a kitchen Exceptional customer service skills A flexible "can do" attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment Good understanding of customer care Desirable Lounge experience
