Are you a Care Assistant or Care Team leader, looking for a local, stablerole where you will be responsible for planning and delivering bespoke home care packages for clients in the South Gloucestershire area?
Sixty per cent of your time will be spent out of the office meeting clients in the community to complete care plans and risk assessments
We have excellent opportunities for training and development where you will be able to start or complete your level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.

THE ROLE:
* 60% of your time on the road meeting with clients. 40% in the office
* Preparing Care plans and Risk assessments
* On-call responsibility every other week
