I am hiring Senior Robotic & AI Engineer to drive the development of intelligent controllers for real-world robotic systems. This is a hands-on, highly technical role: you’ll design, build, and maintain advanced learning pipelines that combine imitation learning, reinforcement learning, and language or vision-conditioned models. You will play a pivotal role in R&D—taking ownership of RL infrastructure and becoming a core pillar of the research organization.
What You’ll Do
* Design and implement training pipelines that blend Imitation Learning and Reinforcement Learning (both offline and online) to teach robotic behaviors.
* Collect high-quality demonstration data by teleoperating robots (around 4–10 hours per new task) and annotate these expert trajectories.
* Optimize feedback loops between simulation and real-world robots: domain randomization, fine-tuning, policy distillation, etc.
* Industrialize the software stack: dataset versioning, CI/CD for GPU and robot, and performance monitoring.
* Test and validate hardware components (sensors, grippers) to build robust robotic “cells.”
* Analyze and document your results, share insights, and contribute to research and code reviews.
* As a senior engineer, lead and mentor other RL engineers, define R&D roadmaps, and be a go-to expert in robotics learning.
Must-Have:
* Strong proficiency in Python or C++.
* Deep experience in Imitation Learning or Reinforcement Learning applied to robotics.
* Intellectual curiosity, strong initiative, and a passion for combining robotics + AI.
