They are now looking for an Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with blue chip clients, paired with a willingness to work hard and a high level of diligence to serve clients effectively.
Job Role
1. Take responsibility for the planning and direction of your accounts, identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth.
2. Identify ways to sell products and services that satisfy customer needs, enhancing existing relationships with key decision-makers while maximising sales opportunities.
3. Understand customer requirements and ensure the delivery of complex customer projects on time.
4. Establish and increase market presence, maximising opportunities for account growth.
5. Refine business development strategies through research, market trend analysis, and seeking new opportunities.
6. Engage with clients to understand their business, brand strategy, and market environment.
7. Monitor budgets, margins, and profit.
8. Manage your account pipeline effectively to ensure accurate forecasts.
