Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse for short-term cover at a busy GP practice in Braintree. This role requires a professional who is well-versed in treatment room duties and can provide a high standard of patient care.
Responsibilities
* Treatment room duties, including wound care, dressings, and minor injury management.
* Administration of vaccinations and injections, including flu vaccines and B12 injections.
* Cervical screening (smears).
* Chronic disease management support.
* Health checks, venepuncture, and routine patient assessments.
* Conducting ECGs and assisting in various clinical tasks as required.
Requirements
* Experience with SystmOneis essential.
* Valid NMC Registration.
* Experience in a GP practice setting.
* Immediate availability for 2 weeks.
