Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekend availability may be required in the future)
We are currently seeking an experienced Streetworks Operative to join our team immediately on the Balfour Beatty M3 Junction 9 Project in Winchester.
Key Requirements:
* Valid Streetworks Ticket (NRSWA) or EUSR Cat 1 & 2 - must have one of these to be considered
* Proven experience in streetworks or utility works
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Committed to working safely and following all site procedures
What We Offer:
* Competitive hourly rate of £19.21
* Long-term work on a major infrastructure project
* Paid for 10-11.5 hours per day
* Supportive site team and well-established contractor
Overtime & Enhanced Rates:
* Monday - Friday (up to 10 hours/day): Flat rate (£19.21/hour)
* Monday - Friday Nights (7pm-7am): Time + 33% (£25.56/hour)
* Bank Holidays (including nights): Time + 50% (£28.82/hour)
