Role Overview
The HR Advisor will own day‑to‑day HR operations and people processes, ensuring legal compliance, consistency, system integration and robust governance across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* End‑to‑end HR administration (contracts, variations, payroll changes)
* Onboarding, induction, and offboarding
* Attendance, sickness, and leave management
* Payroll coordination and HR data integrity
* UK right‑to‑work and visa compliance
* Ownership of HR policies, handbooks, and document control
* Employee engagement (Peakon)
* Employee relations support with HR Consultant (disciplinary and grievance processes)
* Recruitment administration and agency management
* Support for engagement and culture initiatives
Essential Qualifications
* CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
* High levels of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
* Confident operating independently and enforcing consistent processes
