Nights - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 18:00 - 06:00 (after 6 weeks rotates to Wednesday, Thursday, Friday for a further 6 weeks)
Rate of pay - Starting at £16.10 per hour, rising to £17.88 upon completion of training

We produce more than 160 million units per year across 600 product lines for clients such as Morrisons, Tesco & Asda.

Day shift - £14.06 an hour (Rises to £14.48 once the required skill level is achieved)
What you'll be doing
This role involves working within defined procedures, plans, budgets, and programmes. The day-to-day work is assigned by a manager or supervisor. Responsibilities include:
* Ensure the efficient operation of the SMI and related equipment (logopak, spice capper, top tagger, video, pallet stacking)
* Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical and procedural issues
* Liaise with Area Process Leaders, Line Coordinator, Engineers, and Shift Managers
* Ensure correct glass and caps are used on the line
* Manage the operation of the Capper, including assisting or completing changeovers as required
* Prioritize quality, health, and safety considerations at all times
* Adhere to the “Right First Time” ethos
* Maintain efficiencies through mechanical and procedural understanding
* Collaborate with QA
* Complete data capture tasks
* Resolve minor mechanical and procedural issues
* Mentor and assist in training new staff
What we’re looking for
* Experience working with machinery in a manufacturing environment
* Compliance with all relevant business and site policies, including Health and Safety and Food Safety standards
* Flexibility, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment producing quality and safe products
* Good attention to detail
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Willingness to work in varying temperatures in a production environment
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
