This position involves managing and reconciling a portfolio of Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) accounts and overseeing their manual transfer to new providers.
If you have substantial experience in SIPP or SSAS administration and are ready to make a meaningful impact in a hands-on role, wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities End-to-end SIPP administration across multiple books of business, including complex cases Reconciliation and transfer management of client accounts to new schemes Client service excellence, covering benefit calculations, drawdowns, disinvestments and bank reconciliations Stakeholder coordination with internal teams, clients, IFAs, and receiving schemes Leadership and mentoring, supporting junior colleagues and identifying process improvements About you The ideal candidate will bring: Senior-level experience in SIPP or SSAS pension administration Proven expertise in pension transfers Strong knowledge of UK pension legislation and regulatory frameworks Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload Experience in training and supporting team members Whats on Offer High-impact role during a critical business transformation Hybrid working after initial training period We are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
