Overview
We're looking a proactive part-time Administrator to join our team at our central Stockport office. The primary focus of this role is to support our Build-to-Rent operations by compiling and maintaining accurate property listings. You'll play a key role in keeping our data clean, current, and actionable.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and update property listings with accurate descriptions, images, and key details across internal systems and external platforms.
* Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, scanning, organising documents, and supporting office operations as needed.
About You
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Able to work independently and manage time effectively
* Previous admin experience essential
* Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
Full training will be provided, including systems, processes, and property terminology.
You'll be supported by a friendly team and given the tools to succeed.
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
