Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and experienced Administrator to carry out administrative duties supporting the Care Lead and Bespoke Package Managers. You will have specific duties that are crucial to the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing data in spreadsheets and updating of relevant information
Keeping records and reports up to date
Organising and scheduling training for staff
Scheduling and conducting company induction
Carrying out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents and files for audit
Handling basic office tasks such as filing, mail delivery, email and phone calls
Coordinating office activities and ensuring compliance with safer recruitment guidelines
To support the Care Lead and Package Managers with admin tasks
Support the recruitment process for new employees ensuring all paperwork and relevant documentation is complete
Attend job fairs with other staff members to aid the recruitment process
Maintain client, staff and business confidentiality at all times
Prepare and maintain stationery orders, stock and records
Answer the telephone, record accurate messages, respond positively to problems and queries and deal appropriately
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in administration.
Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
Must be confident and have exceptional organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathetic, detail-oriented, and committed to person-cantered care.

Salary : £26,500
