About the Role As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both new and existing customers. You'll work to build long-term relationships, maximise sales opportunities, and ensure customers receive tailored support that drives loyalty and repeat business. You will be central to new business prospecting, increasing product penetration, and supporting marketing activity through proactive outbound engagement. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through daily outbound telesales activity Quote opportunities and send proposals the same day Grow product range and “share of wallet” with existing customers Use all available sales tools to maximise customer spend and profitability Achieve agreed gross profit and new business targets Drive year-on-year growth across your customer portfolio Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM and system records Work towards weekly and monthly sales objectives Support all marketing campaigns and outbound promotions to maximise uptake Skills & Experience We're Looking For Ideally 2 years' experience in a similar sales or account management role Strong commercial understanding with the ability to protect and grow GP% Confident working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organised with strong multitasking and time-management abilities Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment Knowledge of customer sales cycles, product ranges, competitors or dealer networks is desirable What You'll Bring A proactive, resilient approach to sales Strong ability to build rapport and long-lasting customer relationships A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving targets A positive attitude and willingness to adapt and learn
