The Building Surveyor's Role Due to a growing workload, they're seeking a Building Surveyor to support the established team across a range of sectors. The role will involve a healthy mix of professional and project work and will see you carrying out: Measured surveys: preparing floor plans, elevations, and details using AutoCAD Building surveys: including condition surveys, schedules of condition, and defects diagnosis Project surveying: preparing statutory consent applications, tender documentation, and carrying out contract administration Building pathology: investigating defects and proposing remedial solutions with associated costs and programming Planned preventative maintenance programmes CDM services (desirable): producing pre-construction information and health and safety files You'll be joining a team that offers genuine progression opportunities, APC support, and a pathway towards chartership for those not yet qualified.
