Our client is looking for a Paralegal specialising in commercial property to join there well established legal team within the Energy & Natural Resources industry. The role involves supporting the legal department with tasks related to property transactions and compliance.

Description
* Reviewing a range of commercial agreements, including NDAs and supplier contracts.
* Working with external counsel on a diverse range of legal areas such as corporate, commercial, insurance and property.
* Assisting the Head of Legal with major projects and co-ordinating actions.
* Attending internal and external meetings and stakeholders and taking minutes.
* Assisting in the management of due diligence processes related to transactions.
* Ensuring commercial and corporate contracts are signed.
* Assisting the Company Secretary.
* Conduct legal research in relation to legal developments and / or changes pertinent to the business.
* Provide contract management and preparation services to the businesses on a day-to-day basis.
* Assist the business on matters relating to GDPR, Bribery and Modern Slavery.
* Liaising with landlords and their solicitors, agents and surveyors.
* Reviewing Heads of Terms, options and leases.
* Assisting the development team with any searches or queries they have.
* First point of contact for enquiries.
Profile
A successful Paralegal should have:
* A law degree as a minimum.
* A strong understanding of commercial property law and related legal processes.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
* A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Offer
* Competitive salary of £30,000 to £40,000 per annum.
