About the Role You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of BBMC operations by providing high-quality administrative support, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring efficient processes across the team. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the BBMC Operations team Produce and manage operational documentation (e.g. pick lists, delivery notes, invoices, goods received notes) Support supplier ordering and assist with stock control and data input Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of documentation Handle customer enquiries (internal and external) professionally Support Quality Assurance processes through accurate documentation Assist with confidential personnel administration Deputise for the Senior Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator when required About You Experienced in an administrative role with strong organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Able to manage workload independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with a proactive and ‘can do’ attitude Comfortable working in a busy, factory-based environment Requirements Essential: 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (or equivalent) Proven administrative experience Strong IT skills Customer service experience Desirable: Qualification in Business Administration Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
