This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified and ambitious finance professional to step into a senior leadership position within a growing private organisation. The Role You'll play a key role in driving financial performance, maintaining robust financial controls, and supporting strategic decision-making at board level. Leading a talented finance team, you'll oversee all aspects of financial reporting, forecasting, statutory accounts, and cash flow management. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, working closely with senior stakeholders. Deliver accurate, timely monthly management accounts and financial reports. Prepare annual statutory accounts and manage the external audit process. Oversee corporation tax submissions in collaboration with advisors. Manage daily cash flow and maintain strong relationships with funders. Provide direction and support to the finance team, ensuring high standards across all reporting areas. About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). At least five years' experience in finance, with previous tenure as a Financial Controller or equivalent. Proven record of managing and developing a finance team. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic commercial environment.
