Credit Controller
Working within a busy Accounts department for a well-established group of businesses in Elland, you will join a friendly accounts team.
Working hours, 9am – 5.15pm Mon – Thurs and 9am – 4.30pm Friday with a 1-hour lunch break each day (35.5hrs per week).
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in credit control
* Take responsibility for the ledger and chase payments in line with agreed payment terms
* Escalate any issues with payments to the Accounts Manager
* Liaising with credit insurers and Finance Director
* Ability to take on other Accounts based tasks to help the team would be an advantage
* Previous experience of using Navision software would be an advantage but not essential, training will be provided.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work well with the Sales Office staff and Sales Reps, in relation to customer accounts.
* Undertake any training required for the job.
* Friendly, positive attitude, willing to undertake other reasonable tasks as and when required.
Salary & Benefits:
£23-£24k Basic salary
22 Days holiday plus stats, increasing to 25 days plus stats with service.
