Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support following pupils’ EHCP and personalised learning plans.

Helping children develop communication, social skills, emotional regulation and independence.
*
Working closely with teachers, the SENCO, therapists and wider school staff to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
What We’re Looking For:
*
A Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant or SEN qualification (or higher).
*
Experience supporting children with SEN—particularly Autism, MLD, communication needs or developmental delays.
*
Based in or able to commute to Harborne.
