We're currently recruiting for a Supported Housing Officer in Hatfield.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with a strong chance of securing the permanent position if successful in the role.
You will be offering support to vulnerable people between the age of 18 – 25 years of age with complex needs. This can include working with people at risk of homelessness.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle will be required for this role.
39 hours p/w | Shifts will be on a rota between 08:00 - 22:00 (some weekends required)
