Overview
We are working with a world class manufacturer based in the North East of England. We are assisting the client in the search for a CNC Machinist on a full time, permanent basis. Excellent salary £23+ per hour. No Weekends! 3 shift pattern. We are looking for Millers and a Turners!
Responsibilities
* Programming and operating machines to produce products to required tolerances and specifications
* Using a range of materials including Non-Ferrous, Aluminium, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Titanium
* Using a variety of measuring equipment such as micrometres, Vernier's, plug gauges, screw plugs and ring gauges
* Increase your knowledge and train on other machining processes
Person Specification
* A time served CNC Machinist with relevant CNC experience
* Programming experience
* Experience of working in a CNC Machining / Industrial Engineering environment
* Will be willing to learn, pass on knowledge and train others
* Flexible in their approach – willing to do overtime when required to suit customers’ requirements
