You will work closely with colleagues, clients, and suppliers to help coordinate facilities services, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple locations. The role involves regular communication via telephone and email while maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the administration team with reactive requests, quotes, and scheduled tasks
* Maintain weekly tracking reports for various events and activities
* Provide general administrative support to the wider team
* Manage the shared mailbox, responding to or escalating enquiries where appropriate
* Handle routine enquiries from customers and suppliers via phone and email
* Support diary management, including coordinating meetings for the team
* Maintain accurate information on internal systems and databases
* Help ensure facilities services are coordinated effectively across multiple UK sites
