Role Description
The role involves providing administrative support to the HR and Learning and Development teams, assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training programs. Key responsibilities include supporting training and development initiatives, organizing events, updating HR systems, and handling confidential information with discretion. The individual will work closely with teams to ensure operational efficiency and effective delivery of HR and development services.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
* Strong administrative and organizational skills, including attention to detail and time management
* Proficiency in HR systems, record management, and data handling
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
* Understanding of learning and development processes, including training coordination and event planning
* Proficient in commonly used office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of HR policies and best practices is desirable
* Experience working in a similar role or in HR is advantageous
* A commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information
