You will play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, education, and the public sector.

Responsibilities
* Conducting building surveys and technical due diligence
* Leading contract administration and project management instructions
* Managing planned preventative maintenance programmes and defect analysis
* Delivering party wall and dilapidations instructions
* Providing expert advice and maintaining strong client relationships
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members
* Contributing to team performance and service delivery
* You will also have the opportunity to support business development activities and help strengthen existing client relationships.
About You
* MRICS qualified (or working towards with significant experience)
* Degree-qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
* Experienced across a range of sectors such as commercial, residential, or education
* Confident in leading projects and managing client relationships
* Proactive, commercially aware, and client-focused
* Strong communicators with a collaborative approach
* Motivated to progress within a growing consultancy
