* Hours: Full-time (38.4 weeks + 5.8 weeks paid annual leave entitlement; Term time plus 2 inset days)

Role and School
River Beach Primary School are a good school (OFSTED 2025) and we are incredibly proud of our school and the children in it. River Beach is a large primary school of 670 children, with a 3 form intake and a nursery. We are based in Littlehampton, within easy access of the River Arun and the English Channel. We are part of the Schoolsworks Academy Trust and work with Littlehampton locality group of schools to share collaborative learning developments across the area.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to pupils as a Teaching Assistant, including involvement in midday meals duties as required.
* Assist in the delivery of structured learning activities and support pupils with their learning and behaviour as part of a committed school team.
* Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment in accordance with school policies.
What You Need to Succeed
Ideally you are already a Teaching Assistant with experience of working with children in an educational setting or have other experience in working with children and are looking to progress your career into education.
