Mount Royal Hotel by The Unlimited Collection is seeking a n engaging B reakfast Che f with a passion for great hospitality, to join our team.
You will report to the Executive Chef, providing a memorable experience for our guests, and our culinary offerings are a key part of that experience.
A B reakfast Chef will be responsible for :
Prepare and cook a wide range of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes.
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
To be successful in the role of B reakfast Chef we require:
Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or Similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine and cooking techniques.
Ability to work early morning shifts.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paces environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
