Aaban is a unique in-patient mental health service for young people, blending psychological, psychotherapeutic, psychosocial support with pharmacological treatment. Contract & Role
Full-time, permanent contract.
The Night Manager will ensure standards are met to provide young people with the quality of care they deserve, embodying our core values and promoting a safe, effective, and empowering environment. They will role model these values, contributing to individualised care that enables young people to make decisions and meet their needs.
Aim of the Role
The Night Manager will work closely with young people, families, carers, and external professionals to:
* Ensure safety through clinical skills and risk assessments
* Achieve positive clinical outcomes using current evidence-based practices
* Provide respectful, empowering, and collaborative care planning
They will also supervise staff, manage shift operations, and ensure team effectiveness.
