Location: Student Roost Nottingham Properties (Trinity Square, Hydrogen, York House, Nottingham Two and Deakins Place)
Salary: £27,202.87 to £30,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (between 8am–8pm)
Contract: Fixed term until September 2026
We’re looking for a confident, proactive Sales Support Executive to help lead sales activity across the city. This is a hands on, outward-facing role for someone who thrives on being front foot, visible, and driving momentum through events, outreach, and strong local relationships.
Working closely with the all the management team in the city, you’ll play a key role in bringing our sales strategy to life on the ground. You’ll be leading events, supporting conversions, and representing the brand across the city and university network. This person will need to be flexible and full of energy. If it’s a sunny day we could be out handing out lollipops and merch or on another day its could be calling old leads to see if they want to book this year.
What You’ll Do
City Sales & Conversion
* Support all proprieties in your city to deliver occupancy and revenue targets.
* Be actively present in the city, supporting tours, group bookings, and outreach activity.
* Follow up leads from events, open days, and campaigns to drive conversations.
* Deliver increased street-team presence (events, campus engagement, agency coordination, open day support)
* Flexibility is needed and weekend work is possible if needed to combine with events or open days
* Work on building the brand health in properties to help sales
* Increased focus on rebooker conversations – go talk to those people who have said, but are yet to book
Events & Experience
* Take ownership of planning and delivering on-site events, open days, and city-wide sales activity.
* Be a visible brand ambassador at universities, fairs, and student events.
* Work closely with marketing and property teams to create engaging, high-impact experiences.
* Implement short-term, high-impact marketing activity in collaboration with the marketing team (merch giveaways, local advertising, activations)
Partnerships & Community
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local universities, student unions, and partners.
* Stay connected to student sentiment and feedback to inform sales activity.
Admin & Reporting
* Keep Hub Spotup to date and track leads and outcomes. Improve lead follow-up speed and volume during peak periods
* Support simple reporting on event performance and sales impact.
