Forklift Driver - Days - Counterbalance / VNA / Bendi Driver People Solutions are currently recruiting for Forklift Drivers with either Counterbalance, VNA or Bendi licences to our join our well-established client based in West Bromwich. The licence must be external and accredited. This is a great opportunity to join a stable business with ongoing work. This role does involve the manual handling of bathroom products that can weigh up to 20 – 25 kg. Shifts: Monday - Friday • 4am-12pm (noon); or • 12pm (noon) - 8pm Rates of Pay: • £13.69 per hour Benefits: As a Forklift Driver your benefits will be : • Ongoing position • Weekly pay • Stable working hours • Established company • Friendly team environment Day-to-Day Duties: As a Forklift Driver your duties will include (but are not limited to): • Operating a Counterbalance, VNA or Bendi forklift truck safely • Loading and unloading vehicles • Picking and preparing customer orders • Manual handling of products • Supporting goods in and goods out operations • Keeping the warehouse clean and organised Essential Skills: To be successful as a Forklift Driver you will need: • Valid Counterbalance, VNA or Bendi Forklift licence (external and accredited) • Reasonably physically fit and comfortable with manual handling • Good reliability and work ethic • Ability to work effectively within a team • Strong attention to detail Training: Industry related training provided and ongoing support throughout Apply: If you are interested in this opportunity as a Forklift Driver on a day shift, please apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.
