Sales Co-ordinator required for our client based in Kells - N.Ireland on a Permanent Contract.

Your Role:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Sales Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be a vital link between our sales, production, and customer service departments. You will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders from initial inquiry through to delivery, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Processing and tracking customer orders from the moment they come in until they're safely delivered.
2. Being the friendly voice our customers hear when they call with questions about their orders.
3. Working closely with our production and logistics teams to ensure every order is shipped on time.
4. Keeping our customer records and sales information up to date.
5. Helping the sales team by putting together quotes, reports, and presentations.
6. Sending out fabric samples and following up with potential new clients.

Skills & Experience Required:

7. Computer literate with a proven working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
8. High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
9. Ability to multitask and work to required deadlines in a busy environment
10. Team player with a proactive approach.
11. Good interpersonal and communication skills
12. GCSEs or equivalent qualifications (minimum Grade "C" in English and Maths)
13. Experience in a customer service/administrative role, would be desirable, but not essential.
14. Most importantly, you're a positive, can-do person who enjoys helping others!

Working Hours:

15. Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Friday to - 1pm
