Role | Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Experience | 1-2 years+ PQE
Based | Skipton
Offer | £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
We’re working with a well-established and reputable law firm who are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their busy Property team.
This is a great opportunity for a confident conveyancer to manage a full residential caseload from instruction through to completion, while delivering high standards of client care and contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
Typical duties would include:
* Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
* Handling sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages in line with firm procedures
* Keeping clients regularly updated on progress, timescales, and costs
* Meeting billing, time recording, and performance targets
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
The successful candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor or experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
* Confident handling a busy conveyancing caseload independently
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Well organised with good time management and attention to detail
* Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office
