Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gas Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible to undertake both gas engineering as well as plumbing in both vacant and tenanted properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas appliances and systems in both residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of gas safety regulations and the ability to work independently while ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Duties
* Install, service, and repair gas appliances including boilers, cookers, and heating systems.
* Conduct thorough safety checks and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Diagnose faults in gas systems and appliances, providing effective solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
* Liaise with clients to provide updates on work progress and address any concerns.
* Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to gas engineering.
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements
* Valid Gas Safe registration is essential.
* Proven experience as a Gas Engineer or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations and standards.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
* Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A full UK driving licence is preferred.
* Relevant qualifications in plumbing or heating engineering would be advantageous.
