Proactively manage performance, attendance, and wellbeing of police officers and staff. Embrace and implement our client's commitment to Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI). Provide effective leadership to a team of Employee Relations Consultants, ensuring a professional and customer-focused service. Act as a subject matter expert on complex case management, offering guidance and support.
