As an Operations Administrator, you will support the Project Manager with a variety of administrative and documentation tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, looking to gain more experience.
This will be a 3-month fixed term contract.

Day to Day
· Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and wider operations team
· Assist with preparing, formatting, and maintaining project documentation
· Track and update project records, logs, and reports
· Support in scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring project activities
· Ensure accuracy and compliance of all documentation
· Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders when required
What will you bring?
· Previous administrative experience, ideally within operations or project support
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent organisational skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Self-motivated and adaptable
