Customer Service Advisor Location : Oldham (office-based) Contract : 3 Month Temp Pay : £15.73 inc holiday pay Start : ASAP Hours : Mon-Fri (9am-5pm) (37.5hrs) About the Role We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and emails across services such as Waste, Planning, and Complaints. You will respond to queries with professionalism and compassion, particularly when supporting vulnerable individuals.
