Your new role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring themercial success of major infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets and financial reports throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Monitoring, forecasting and reporting on project costs and programme performance to ensure value for money.
3. Liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.
4. Administering a variety of contracts to maintainmercial control andpliance.
5. Managing contract change collaboratively and effectively.
6. Providing strongmercial insight and support to all project stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
Your newpany is looking for someone who brings:
7. A proven track record in quantity surveying andmercial management on major infrastructure projects.
8. Professional accreditation such as RICS or CICES (preferred).
9. Experience working with NEC contracts or similar forms.
10. Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying,mercial Management or related disciplines.
