Responsibilities and Qualifications
The Clinical Research Practitioner will assess and manage care pathways for people who use our services and carers participating in mental health research. Responsibilities include recruitment of participants, coordination of participants in clinical trials, collection of research data and psychometric rating. Experience in conducting neuro‑psychometric evaluation in mental health would be advantageous.
You will work collaboratively with the research team and the wider multidisciplinary team in managing your own caseload of research participants. The post holder will actively promote research among clinicians, service users and the wider NHS.
The post holder will be predominantly based at Two Bridges Hub, Chertsey, but will be expected to attend events and meetings across the Trust’s catchment area.
You will be asked to work autonomously and manage a caseload of clinical trial participants while working as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
Organised individuals who hold a Psychology or Health Science degree are a minimum requirement for this post.
