Complaints Advisor based in Basingstoke
Start Date: 23rd September
Full-time, Permanent contract
We are currently recruiting for Complaints Advisors to join our client's existing team based in Basingstoke.
Our client offers various services, from heritage reports for homeowners wishing to extend their houses to master planning advice and landscape assessments for developers. They provide a bespoke, tailored service to meet individual needs.
What will you be doing?
* Handling inbound customer service complaint calls
* Ensuring timely responses via email or call
* Prioritising and clearing the queue by contacting clients and customers
* Providing clear, concise, and confident information to customers
* Working in line with company standards and service level agreements
* Using in-house systems to log calls and amendments
Who are we looking for?
* Strong customer service experience required
* Complaint handling and/or Life & Pensions experience is desirable
* Experience in investigating root causes and providing empathetic resolutions
* Teamwork and passion for helping people and delivering excellent service
* Good listening and communication skills, capable of explaining complex matters simply
* Ability to understand customer needs and resolve issues effectively and empathetically
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and attention to detail
* Good written communication skills, with proper grammar and spelling
The Location: Basingstoke, RG20
The Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm
