?? The Role As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with nurses, carers, and the wider management team to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and governance are consistently delivered. You will play a key role in supporting residents wellbeing, leading the nursing team, and contributing to continuous clinical improvement.
?? Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred clinical care
Lead, guide, and support the nursing and care team
Promote and implement best practices in nursing care
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations
Strong clinical skillset with confidence in leading a nursing team
Passion for high standards of nursing care and continuous improvement
Good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance
?? NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience
