As Theatre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the operating department.

Person specification
We’re looking for a confident and compassionate Theatre Manager with:
* NMC or HCPC registration
* Significant experience in theatre nursing or ODP practice, with recent leadership responsibilities
* Strong people management, communication, and decision-making skills
* A commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence
