We are looking for a motivated early-career engineer to support engineering projects, product development, testing, and technical documentation. The role involves applying standard engineering principles, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Support engineering activities and assigned projects with limited supervision. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and technical evaluations. Create and maintain technical documentation and drawings using CAD tools. Assist with resolving moderate technical issues and implementing corrective actions. Ensure work complies with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements. Collaborate effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders. Support continuous improvement and environmental, health, and safety initiatives. Mentor interns or junior team members when required. Requirements Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience). 0–3 years of engineering experience. Understanding of engineering principles, technical standards, and documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work accurately under deadlines. Working Style Works under guidance from senior engineers or project leads. Independently handles routine assignments and contributes to technical deliverables. Participates in testing, documentation, design updates, and process improvement activities.
