33mm is a premium unisex fashion brand designed for non-conformists and inspired by nostalgia. We launched 33mm because we couldn’t find fashion pieces that met our standards. There was a lack of gender-fluid jewellery that was both timeless and affordable. We also love vintage clothing, but it often doesn’t fit well or the material is worn out. That’s why we decided to create pieces we genuinely love.

Role Description
* Analyse customer behaviour using heatmaps, funnels, and feedback to identify user experience pain points and improvement opportunities.
* Use data and analytics to track site performance and uncover opportunities to increase site speed and conversion.
* Produce weekly conversion-funnel reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
* Track and report on key performance indicators such as conversion rate, average order value, revenue and customer retention.
* Implement and manage structured tests and personalisation strategies to improve conversion.
* Manage Shopify updates including products, collections, pages, merchandising and on-site content.
* Maintain site quality across Shopify, ensuring strong performance, mobile responsiveness and a bug‑free experience.
* Manage third‑party applications and integrations to enhance functionality and the customer journey.
* Work with external developers to resolve technical issues and deliver new features, ensuring ongoing site stability and optimisation.
* Collaborate with back‑end and operations teams to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience.
* Manage customer feedback and address issues related to the online shopping experience.
The Ideal Candidate

* Proven experience in conversion optimisation.
* Two or more years of experience in online retail, preferably within the fashion industry.
* Proficiency in Shopify and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
* Ability to produce clear, data‑driven analysis and reports.
* Experience running structured testing and able to present the findings.
* Strong commercial and growth‑focused mindset.
* Organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
