Arma Litigation (ARMA) is a boutique commercial litigation and arbitration practice. We specialise in crisis litigation and professional indemnity, acting on complex, high‑value disputes in the London courts and arbitral forums (including RCJ, LCCC, Court of Appeal, IPEC, LCIA and IPT) across sectors such as negligence, national security and fraud (matters up to £250m+). Our clients include UHNIs, multi‑national companies and leading insurers.
We’re growing and hiring across multiple levels. If you want to qualify as a litigator or deepen an existing specialism, we’ll train and develop you.

Location

Contract
* Full‑time, hybrid (typically 2+ days/week remote; subject to client, court and team needs)
Salaries
* Paralegals / Solicitor Apprentice: from £30,000 base + 10% KPI‑linked bonus (monthly) + uncapped PRP & seasonal bonuses
* Trainee Solicitors: from £40,000 base + 10% KPI‑linked bonus (monthly) + uncapped PRP & seasonal bonuses
* NQs: from £60,000 base + 10% KPI‑linked bonus (monthly) + uncapped PRP & seasonal bonuses
* 3‑year PQE: from £70,000 base + 10% KPI‑linked bonus (monthly) + uncapped PRP & seasonal bonuses
* 5+ PQE: from £100,000 base + 10% KPI‑linked bonus (monthly) + uncapped PRP & seasonal bonuses
