Communications and Engagement Assistant
Are you an organised administrator who enjoys working with people and making things run smoothly?
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Communications and Engagement Assistant to provide high‑quality administrative support to our Communications team. This is a varied role where strong organisation, attention to detail and a positive, people‑focused approach really matter.
You’ll play a key part in supporting our Foundation Trust membership and governors; co‑ordinating meetings and events, keeping records and databases accurate, responding to enquiries, and helping ensure communications reach the right people at the right time.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid admin background, confidence using Microsoft Office, and a natural ability to build positive relationships. If you’re approachable, well organised and enjoy being at the heart of a busy team, we’d love to hear from you.
