TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.


Job Description

This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.


Service Location: Newport Lakes


You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:

* Before School Care: 6:30 - 8:45am
* After School Care: 2:25 - 6:00pm
* Admin: 8 hours

What is a Director of Service, you may ask?

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.

Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.

Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.

Manage service compliance and medical documentation.

* ✅ Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
* ✅ Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
* ✅ Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
* ✅ Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!
