Job Description — What You’ll Do
Provide practical support and companionship, including:
1. Companionship and emotional reassurance
2. Personal care and daily routines
3. Medication prompts/support (where required)
4. Mobility support and assistance with outings
5. Meal preparation and light household tasks
Saturday afternoon and evening visits are planned and consistent, supporting continuity for clients and reliable hours for you.
Qualifications
Training & Development — No Experience Required
No previous care experience is needed — full training is provided.
You will receive:
6. Structured induction and shadowing
7. Paid mandatory training
8. Ongoing supervision and skills support
9. Option to undertake accredited Dementia Care training
10. Option to undertake accredited End of Life Care training
