Job Title Water Treatment Technician

Purpose of Job

A site based technician To oversee and manage as Competent Service provider all tasks associated with the Water Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive maintenance is carried out to all client assets through operation of Planned Preventative Maintenance System. In particular with regards to the Water Management System (WMS) and cooling Towers.

* To supervise the delivery of water management tasks delivered by BGIS preferred water hygiene service partner in accordance with their agreed scope of work.

* Ensure that faults and defects are swiftly recorded, tracked and remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order at all times.

* To assist in the completion of 3rd party risk assessments and audits of the buildings domestic and closed water systems

* Undertake daily and less frequent tests and checks of the Water Systems in accordance with the Water Risk assessment and Written scheme for the WMS, escalating any issues to the site Management as necessary

* To take the lead role in investigating, surveying and providing solutions to all Water systems related faults for all equipment maintained under the BGIS contract.
