What You Need to Succeed Technical Expertise: Proven experience in a senior technical delivery or operations role within IT services. Infrastructure Knowledge: Advanced understanding of Windows/Linux servers, virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V), and network security technologies. Certifications: Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet). Professional Attributes: Positive, proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Client Engagement: Strong experience in building and maintaining customer relationships. Project Ownership: Ability to self-manage projects, documentation, and reporting.
