Our client, a leading vehicle salvage and parts recycling centre in Thame, Oxford, is hiring a dedicated Workshop Forklift Driver to join their professional and modern team. This is a fantastic chance to work with a reputable company that values safety, efficiency, and employee development.What you'll be doing: Loading and unloading lorries with vehicles efficiently and safely Moving vehicles around the site, including in and out of the workshop Conducting daily and weekly checks on the forklift, maintaining high health and safety standards Stock checking your designated area, ensuring all vehicle movements are logged accurately Minimising vehicle handling to optimise workflow and productivityWhat you'll bring: Valid Counterbalance FLT licence Experience operating forklifts in a busy environment, ideally involving vehicle movement Multi-directional FLT licence (a bonus) A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach Knowledge of cars and vehicle handlingDetails: Position type: Permanent, full-time Working days: Monday to Friday Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (4:45pm on Fridays) Salary: £26,280 per annum + sales bonuses (reviewed after 3 months)Key benefits include: Staff petrol allowance Pension scheme Generous staff parts discount Free on-site parking Paid day off for your birthday (after 1 year of service) Ongoing training to stay up-to-date with modern vehicle trendsIf you're a motivated forklift driver with a passion for vehicles and safety, this is your chance to join a forward-thinking team.
